The letter of responsibility clarifies that the provincial people's government strengthens organizational leadership, introduces provincial programs, sets up special funds, strengthens institution building, signs responsibility books step by step, strengthens demonstration and guidance, improves school conditions, equips facilities, establishes electronic files, and strengthens Health education, strengthening outdoor physical exercise, strengthening prevention and treatment of myopia, advocating family and school control of electronic products, strengthening evaluation and assessment, and effectively reducing the overall myopia rate of children and adolescents.
The Responsibility Book requires the provincial people's government to set up a provincial-level comprehensive prevention and control team for children and adolescents with myopia, and hold regular meetings to study and promote the prevention and control of children and adolescents' myopia. The Responsibility Book requires the provincial people's government to use the media and publicity platform to carry out science education on prevention and control of myopia, to guide parents, families and the whole society to pay attention to prevention and control of myopia, and to guide students to develop good eye behaviors and habits. Effectively implement primary and secondary schools and kindergartens to reduce the burden of excessive academic work, guarantee the time of physical exercise and outdoor activities, and ensure that primary and secondary school students spend more than one hour a day at school. Strictly implement the national sports and health curriculum standards and class hours. Organize and supervise students in an orderly manner during the class to prevent students from continuing to fatigue and use their eyes.
